Speaking of fear, the Easter Bunny is included! We saw the EB at the mall on Wednesday and were curious if he was any nicer looking than Santa...that's a NO! In this picture she is attempting to crawl up me and push me away as quickly as possible. Not quite the EB picture I was looking for! Later on Camille and I were walking down the hall holding hands and the EB starting coming our way. Camille quickly turned and went the other direction but he was walking much faster than her and Camille just froze and panicked when he went past.
I was a little nervous about the Easter Egg hunt. We had been practicing picking up empty eggs and she had no interest. Whenever we put eggs in her basket, she would immediately dump them out. But...she did so good! The first egg she picked up, she shook and could tell there was something inside. She quickly caught on and loved it! She even had a little help from a little boy we didn't know. I was trying to get Camille to pick up a particular egg and this little boy began going for it instead. So, his dad told him to put in in Camille's basket. From then on, the little boy continued to find eggs to give to Camille instead of himself. He was so cute! After the hunt Camille sat down and immediately wanted to get into her eggs. How did she know there was candy inside? This girl can pick out sweets anywhere! She enjoyed 1 chocolate egg and Clayton and I have enjoyed the rest!
On Saturday evening, most of Clayton's family came to town. We missed Adrian, Lisa, Asia and Titus! His parents and sister's family came for a quick trip. We were so excited to have them come stay with us! We enjoyed dinner together on Saturday night, church together on Sunday and then lunch at our house before they headed back to Austin. Camille loved having her cousins Isaac and Ian here to play with.
