We are Thankful!

We are thankful for:

HAPPY SMILES
We are seeing more and more of these wonderful smiles from Eli!

MOMMIES
I am loving being a mommy of two precious children!  I am also thankful for my mom who has given me a strong foundation to stand on to raise my children!  She is a wonderful Nana to my children and is ALWAYS ready to help out!

SLEEP
We can't complain about our sleep!  Eli love his paci and/or thumb which soothes him to sleep so well!  After Thanksgiving, Eli will be trying out his big crib at nights!

BIG SISTERS
Camille continues to entertain us daily!  She is a big performer and helper!  She has recently began regular gymnastic classes.

FAMILY
Our families are very important to us and are thankful that our children know and love each one of them!  We are thankful for 4 grandparents, 3 aunts, 2 uncles, 4 cousins and many more great-aunt and uncles and 2nd cousins!  We love you all!

For Thanksgiving this year, we spent it with Nana and Grandad in the country.  We enjoyed a delicious meal, riding the four wheeler, playing games, watching movies and shopping at midnight after Thanksgiving!

2 Months Old

At 2 months old, Eli has began to smile!  It is so precious and melts my heart every single time!  He is still a very laid back little baby!  He is sleeping great at night, only waking up about twice a night.  He usually has a long 6-7 hour stretch and then back to every 3 hours.  I have been back to work for a week, so Eli is going to "Nenna's" house every morning.  He is doing great and getting lots of love!  At 2 months, Eli weighs 13lbs 10oz!  He's a big boy with great cheeks to kiss all over!

My Two Characters

Boo at the Zoo
We decided to enjoy Boo at the Zoo this year and Camille loved it!  She got TONS of candy, watched some shows and enjoyed the animals, of course!

Halloween
Camille got to pick out her costume for the first time this year!  She was a proud Minnie Mouse!  Since Eli didn't fit into the pumpkin outfit, he opted to be a skeleton.  They enjoyed some time at Trunk or Treat at our church and then went to Fort Worth for trick or treating with some friends.  Eli had a HUGE blow out just as we got started trick or treating, so he and I missed out on most of it.  We then went back to our friends' house for homeade chili, the OSU/UT game and passing out candy.  Camille loved passing out candy to the trick or treaters!
